Who we are
This website, https://ukticklist.co.uk, is run by Bluebell Business. When we say “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy, we mean Bluebell Business. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@bluebellbusiness.co.uk.
The information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical information every website receives.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you give us, and your message.
When you ask for free sample documents
If you request our free sample business planning documents, we receive your email address so we can send them to you. We also record whether you ticked the box to receive further information from us.
Technical information
Like almost every website, our web hosting company keeps standard server logs. These include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. They are used to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
| What we use it for | Our legal reason (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry | Legitimate interests: answering questions people send us |
| Sending the free sample documents you asked for | Legitimate interests: providing something you requested |
| Sending you further information about Bluebell Business | Consent: only if you ticked the box, and you can withdraw it at any time |

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering that you have entered the password for our Downloads & Links page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists them in full.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the companies that help us run this website and our email, and only so they can provide that service to us:
- Our web hosting company, which stores the website and the messages sent through our forms.
- Our email provider, which delivers our replies and the sample documents.
- Google Fonts: the lettering on this site is loaded from Google, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when pages load.
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as Amazon for our book and GOV.UK for official guidance. Once you leave our site, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you agreed to receive information from us, we keep your email address until you ask us to stop.
How we keep it safe
This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information you send us is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- withdraw your consent to hearing from us, at any time
- ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
To use any of these rights, email info@bluebellbusiness.co.uk. There is no charge, and we will reply within one month.
Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
